Spectrum Mobil GmbH is a service company with two business divisions – A24 Werkstätten as the largest brand-independent car and two-wheeler repair shop, which has been operating on the market as a reliable partner in the car and two-wheeler sector since 1986, and STATTAUTO München Carsharing, on the market since 1992, the largest station-based carsharing provider in and around Munich. We focus around the topic of mobility.

Your tasks

  • Telephone and personal consultation and support of customers and interested parties
  • Communication with customers, companies and associations
  • Complaint processing and documentation
  • Processing and handling of new contracts
  • Preparation of promotional and information events
  • Support for events
  • Support of cooperation partners
  • Claims handling with insurance companies and lawyers
  • Various data preparation (sales reports, vehicle lists, statistics)

Your profile

  • Commercial training with several years of professional experience
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Very good PC skills
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Experience with car sharing or rental car companies would be an advantage
  • Confident and friendly interaction with customers
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
