For the ÖPNV conditions, the subscription proof must be uploaded in the registration.

Groups of persons with the same registration address can register as participant communities. Due to the system, registration as a community of participants takes place in several steps:

1. Creation of the customer account by the main participant. Here, all personal data, including bank details and the number of drivers in the participant group, are requested. A maximum of 5 people can ride in one participant group.
2. After successful registration of the customer account, the main participant will receive a confirmation email. In order for the primary participant and all scheduled drivers to be eligible to use STATTAUTO vehicles, each person must register individually as a sub-participant of the participant group. This also applies to the previously created main participant. The link to register sub-participants is in the confirmation email.
3. Driver’s license validation per driver (sub-participant) is done online via video chat.

Attention! New registration for subparticipants of existing participant communities or existing individual contracts!
