What if the parking spot is already taken?
The best way to help us is to report the parking violation directly through the app.
This way, we’ll receive your report immediately and can address it quickly—and arrange for the vehicle to be towed if necessary.
It’s that easy:
1. Open your booking.
2. Go to “Options.”
3. Select “Report a problem.”
4. Then select “Parking violation.”
By reporting this, you are specifically helping us keep the reserved parking spaces at our neighborhood stations available for all users.
