Spectrum Mobil GmbH is a service company with two business divisions – A24 Werkstätten, the largest brand-independent vehicle and two-wheeler workshop, which has been operating on the market as a reliable partner in the vehicle and two-wheeler sector since 1986, and STATTAUTO München Carsharing, the largest station-based car sharing provider in and around Munich since 1992. We focus around the topic of mobility.

Your tasks

  • Processing of vehicle property damage to our car sharing fleet for settlement with our insurance partners
  • Telephone and written communication with clients, lawyers, etc.
  • Commissioning of experts, service providers and other parties involved in the claims process
  • Claims settlement preparation
  • Processing vehicle documentation and handover documents
  • Data maintenance and control in our booking system
  • Collegial cooperation with the customer service team

Your profile

  • Successful completion of a commercial or technical apprenticeship, or technical apprenticeship with further commercial training
  • Several years of experience in claims handling and insurance processing for vehicle fleets
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good technical understanding
  • Service and customer-oriented behavior within the framework of company guidelines
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German
