STATTAUTO wins tender from the City of Munich for station-based car sharing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

STATTAUTO M\u00fcnchen Carsharing, a division of Spectrum Mobil GmbH, has reached another strategic milestone in the expansion of urban mobility: the company has won the tender for station-based car sharing issued by the City of Munich and will operate an additional 172 parking spaces<\/strong> in the city in future.<\/p>\n\n

For over 30 years, the company has been offering a broad portfolio of vehicles for a wide range of use scenarios – from everyday errands to business trips and vacation trips. STATTAUTO already operates 430 vehicles in Munich and the surrounding area<\/strong> and provides various vehicle types for spontaneous or scheduled use at 140 locations<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Users can choose flexibly from several vehicle classes and book a suitable vehicle online or via app around the clock, 365 days a year. A clearly marked STATTAUTO parking space ensures that collection and return are as convenient, time-efficient and uncomplicated as possible. <\/p>\n\n

The model also sets clear economic standards: for many, STATTAUTO is significantly cheaper than owning a car. Only booked time and kilometers driven are billed. All other costs – such as depreciation, leasing rates, taxes, parking space rental, fuel, insurance and inspections – are fully included, thus creating maximum financial transparency. <\/p>\n\n

The operational roll-out of the new Munich STATTAUTO stations will begin in November 2025 and will continue rapidly in the months that follow. The aim is to provide citizens with a robust, economically attractive mobility service that is suitable for everyday use – reliable, sustainable and seamlessly integrated into the city’s established infrastructure. <\/p>\n\n
