Damage reporting via app

Your advantage:
There is no longer a need for a phone call to report the damage. You can send photos of any damage in the app right away. To do this, click on “Report problem” under options in your current booking.
Please check the current damage list under “Show damage” beforehand. You do not need to report damage that has already been listed.

Everything from one source
Our STATTAUTO Munich app is a multi-talent! You can use it to open and lock our vehicles, check, change or cancel existing bookings or view your invoices in the archive. There are station descriptions in pictures and text. You will also find a link to UTA’s gas station finder and much more information in the app.
