Working student or intern (m/f/d)

in our business unit Carsharing - STATTAUTO

Internship position for the duration of 4-6 months in full-time or also working student (max. 20 hours per week)
Spectrum Mobil GmbH is a service company with two business divisions – A24 Werkstätten as the largest brand-independent car and two-wheeler repair shop, which has been operating on the market as a reliable partner in the car and two-wheeler industry since 1986, and STATTAUTO München Carsharing, on the market since 1992, the largest station-based carsharing provider in and around Munich. Mobility is our focus.

Our team is looking forward to a committed student assistant/working student (m/f/d), with an affinity for the topic of mobility and traffic, who will support us in the varied daily business as well as in the implementation of exciting projects in the area of car sharing.

Your tasks

  • Collaboration in customer service (telephone first level support)
  • Acceptance and consultation of new customers
  • Creation of divisional key figures
  • Various data preparation, sales reports, vehicle lists, statistics, etc.
  • Support in the creation of company presentations
  • Support in the implementation of various internal and external projects

Your profile

  • Enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in economics, ideally transportation science, or a comparable major
  • Available for at least 4 months, ideally 6 months
  • Conscientious, independent and thorough way of working
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • At best, you have already gained experience in customer service

We work in a motivated team with lean processes, a flat hierarchy and clear goals, where pragmatic ideas and suggestions are heard.
