Spectrum Mobil GmbH is a service company with two business divisions – A24 Werkstätten as the largest brand-independent car and two-wheeler repair shop, which has been operating on the market as a reliable partner in the car and two-wheeler sector since 1986, and STATTAUTO München Carsharing, on the market since 1992, the largest station-based carsharing provider in and around Munich. We focus around the topic of mobility.

Your tasks

  • Contact person for internal and external issues of our car sharing fleet
  • Management and organization of our vehicle fleet with approx. 400 vehicles
  • Appointment coordination in the motor vehicle sector on topics such as inspection, maintenance, repair, sticking, tire change, UVV, HU, installation of access technologies
  • Editing of vehicle documentation and handover documents
  • Handover of vehicles and introduction of employees
  • Vehicle management
  • Damage Management
  • Registration and deregistration of vehicles
  • Collegial collaboration with the customer service team

Your profile

  • Successful completion of commercial or technical training, or technical training with further commercial training
  • Several years of experience in fleet management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Very good technical understanding
  • Enthusiasm for vehicles
  • Pleasure in dealing with people
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German
